1. Agreement

By using IPTV UK services you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing a subscription.

2. Service Description

IPTV UK provides internet protocol television streaming services including live channels, video on demand and electronic programme guide services. Access is provided via login credentials delivered through WhatsApp.

3. Account and Credentials

Your login credentials are for personal household use only. You must not share, resell or redistribute your credentials. Each plan specifies the number of permitted simultaneous connections. Breaching this may result in account suspension without refund.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use IPTV UK only for lawful personal entertainment purposes. Commercial use, reselling, redistribution or any use that breaches applicable UK law is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

5. Payment and Subscriptions

All payments are processed securely. Subscriptions are not automatically renewed — your service ends at the expiry date unless you choose to renew. All prices are in GBP and inclusive of any applicable taxes.

6. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime across our server infrastructure. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance via WhatsApp where possible. Force majeure events and unforeseen technical issues may occasionally affect service availability.

7. Intellectual Property

IPTV UK does not claim ownership of content delivered through our platform. All content remains the intellectual property of respective rights holders. Users are responsible for ensuring their use complies with applicable copyright law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, IPTV UK's liability is limited to the value of your active subscription. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use of the service following notification constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
